Section 9

Ownership and occupancy of housing units

(1) According to this Act, after the owner of the housing unit has paid the entire amount to the founder, he will retain full ownership of such housing unit.
(2) The owner of the housing unit shall be entitled to full enjoyment of his housing unit subject to the conditions mentioned in the contract.
